Now we won't have to deal with a mopey Doctor spewing 'Oh, Rose would like this.' 'Rose had such a pretty smile.' or 'Rose, how I miss you.' drivel the entire time. Unfortunately, that will now be replaced with pseudo flirtation and a damsel to take hostage to great effect if need be. So it has its pros and cons.

I'm not sure how good an idea separating Rose and the Doctor again is. The Doctor is one man you really don't want to piss off.
